The one on one workout regimen is used to improve your overall fitness. This contains a structure that has safety at the top of the list. Safety is accomplished through proper movements, and efficient body mechanics, with explanations of anatomy. The efficiency is through the programming designed just for you. The programming and movements are for all ages, and all degrees of fitness. Through adaptations and functional movements you will learn there are no limits to your over all fitness.

Jesse Cox

Jesse made the jump from bodybuilding to CrossFit in 2011. Coaching and participating in CrossFit is now a lifestyle that Jesse is passing on through his coaching. Jesse’s coaching shows his passion, that can be seen with all of his clients as they progress further and further to their overall fitness goals.


Jesse is a fun guy who likes to make people smile. He is the coach who will put the work in for planning workouts, and obtaining new certifications. Jesse’s coaching philosophy will always make sure the movements are safe, functional and leading you to your overall goal, both mentally and physically.

Tim Gorzkowski

Tim is originally from Philadelphia where he spent most of his time skateboarding.

He moved to Myrtle Beach where he is always on the go as a full time dad to an amazing daughter, along with full time chef.

As CFL1, Tim’s passion for crossfit shows through with all of his coaching. Tim is just a fun guy to be around with that ear to ear smile making that beast of a WOD seem like nothing.

Eric DiLorenzo

Eric is a proud father of two girls. He is the type of man who not only puts in 100% into his family and daughters and his demanding job. He also puts that type of work into Crossfit which he has been doing since 2011.

Alex Mace

Alex grew up on Long Island in NY and graduated from Physical Therapy school at Ithaca College. Alex relocated to the Carolinas in June of 2018.
Alex has been active playing soccer, skiing, golfing, sailing, running and crossfit.

Alex loves to be competitive as much as she loves to laugh and joke around.
The family atmosphere Alex brings as she cheers everyone, whether it is a WOD or an accomplishment that someone has set for themselves is always full of energy.

Physical Therapist and CF-L1 together allows her to do what she loves the most all in one place.

Emily Hensley

Emily is a Registered Nurse in the ICU at Grand Strand Medical Center and comes to us recently from Winston Salem, North Carolina.  Emily has been participating in CrossFit since 2012 and obtained her CF-L1 in 2019 at CrossFit Raleigh.  She hopes to bring inspiration and confidence to any and everyone interested in the sport of CrossFit.  Her calm and encouraging personality will make everyone strive to be the best version of themselves.
